Delivery Information

Eaststock.com.au offers the convenience of online ordering, and the most affordable European and International groceries delivered to your home, workplace or Community Partner location for collection.

The shipping fees are automatically calculated based on your postal code.

We offer a free local pick up option in VIC (Pick up must be booked 2 days in advance via email: admin@eaststock.com.au)

PLEASE NOTE:

DELIVERIES AVAILABLE ONLY IN MELBOURNE

1. Order your goods & nominate a delivery address or Partner location pick-up address
2. We deliver your goods to your home, office, or Partner location for you to collect after the payment has been received.

3. All orders will be delivered to you by our team member in a refrigerated van

Delivery Cost

Delivery cost can range from $12.99 to $49.99 (USE YOUR ZIP-CODE TO CHECK YOUR ELIGIBILITY)

Express service is also available (fees calculated based on your postal code)

A free local pick up can also be used as a delivery method in VIC

Our courier service operates within a radius of 40km in QLD from the Distribution Center in Nerang (My Center Nerang) and 40km in VIC from the Melbourne Distribution Center in Elsternwick & Clayton South. Customers who live outside the main metropolitan centres will be subject to an additional delivery fee and will receive their orders from our Freight Services. If you have any queries about this please contact our Customer Service Support Team (03) 9996 1733.

If you have any difficulties, try to provide alternative delivery instructions in your order to avoid any additional delivery fee.

Delivery Times & Process

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email about your delivery and your products will be delivered to your home or workplace. If you have any special delivery or access instructions, enter them with your order at the checkout.

Delivery Days are Tuesday or Friday.

Tuesday & Friday: 8am - 5pm

Collection Process & Times

Some orders can be picked up at Partner Locations. If there are any special collection instructions for your location, we’ll let you know. Upon collection, someone will be there to greet you and record when you collected your order.

If Nobody's Home

If we cannot make a delivery because you were not home, we will try to contact you using your contact details. Please let us know if you think you will miss your delivery, 2hrs in advance, contact us via email admin@eaststock.com.au & av@eaststock.com.au .

It is our policy not to leave any delivered products unattended unless you ask us to do so via email.

We may charge a cancellation fee of $20.

Delivery times depend on your location. Generally deliveries occur within 48hrs

Delays

Things can happen, as we do not control weather conditions, traffic etc. Therefore, we will inform you, using your contact details, if there is a possible delay for your delivery.
